10/03 AustinPC begins system manufacturing.

Austin PC was created on February 27th 2005. Today, we service homes and small businesses all across central Texas. Our services have been called to Cedar Park, Georgetown, Round Rock, Lakeway, Leander, Driftwood, Wimberly, Blanco, and San Antonio. We also hold exclusive contracts with several local businesses such as Advanced AV Solutions, Nationwide BPOs, and Austin Home Systems.

Our team is comprised of a small group of technical professionals pulled directly from larger IT companies. Each individual has a strong background in systems and networks with a variety of skill sets. These different specializations allow us to address very complicated issues, even in enterprise environments.
We aim to provide exemplary service for all customer needs, all of the time. The most common complaint in this industry is poor reliability. At Austin PC we are always there and always thinking forward with a vision to provide unparalleled customer service.
To check the status of your order, or warranty, please email support@austinpc.com, or call us at 512-584-4445. Most systems take 2 weeks to build. We email a tracking number once the order is shipped. These same points of contact can be used to request and submit an RMA.
1 year labor warranty also applies to all customers residing in Austin, Texas. All parts warranties are only valid with original purchase receipt and warranty paper work. Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. Manufacturer terms and conditions may also apply. All warranties noted with ** are provided through the manufacturer, not Austin PC.
